Kathleen Blanchard and Joseph Englert are the principals of CRA Information Services and Key Compliance Services, LLC.
Ms. Blanchard has been in the banking industry for over 23 years. Her background includes extensive lending and credit policy experience, as well as many years of compliance and risk management experience. Ms. Blanchard holds both CRCM and CRP banking certifications. Ms. Blanchard has both established and re-engineered compliance and CRA/HMDA processes at several banking institutions ranging in size from community banks to product areas at multi-billion dollar institutions.
Mr. Englert was a banking regulator for over 22 years and subsequently worked as a compliance manager and BSA Officer at community banks. His experience as a regulator includes many years of CRA, HMDA and Fair Lending examinations.
Company History:
CRA Information Services was founded in 1991 by Donald Narup. The company provides a number of compliance services for financial institutions, including CRA, HMDA and Fair Lending analysis, geocoding and mapping of loan and deposit records, and outsourced CRA and HMDA file processing and file submission services.
Services have been provided nationwide to financial institutions ranging in size from $18 billion in assets to less than $50 million.
CRA Information Services does not require multi-year contracts. The company prides itself on the fact that clients return for services year after year because they like the quality of the products and responsive service.
