Assessment Area maps are offered at very reasonable prices.
Small AA: For a one or two county AA, a map package includes a map of the Assessment Area, a Map of the assessment area(s) with the census tracts color coded by tract income classification, and a list of census tracts in the assessment area(s) indicating each census tracts median family income, income classification, population, number of families, minority population and percent of minority population. The price for this package is $125.
Larger AAs: For multi-county AAs, the charge is $75 per county.
Other packages are available for very large or multiple assessment area banks, assistance in determination of assessment area, mapping of loans or deposits, etc.
